Motorola Moto X (2014) — Does the Moto X 2nd Generation have LED light access?

How can the led light be 1. turned on and 2. accessed to be customized?
No apps downloaded have turned it on. i.e. Light flow and others.

Unfortunately, you can't enable the notification light of your Moto X play. :(
