Hi there can any one please suggest me how to use the VPN in Android Phone and What is the Best VPN For the Android Phone
You can use VPN with just installing the app on your phone.
There are many VPN apps in Google store.
You might purchase to use them.
I recommend the Astrill VPN.
It works well in my experience.

You can manually add a VPN network in Settings of your phone. Settings - More - VPN, add VPN network.
The alternative is simply installing some VPN app.
